What it does

Kiosk passes

A Chromebook in the classroom signs in with the teacher's code. Students type their student number, pick a destination, and go. They type it again when they are back.

Teacher passes

A teacher sends a student somewhere in two taps, sees who is out and who is late, and ends a pass with one click.

Appointment passes

A counselor, nurse, or office pulls a student at a set time from whoever has them. The teacher sees it coming; nobody is surprised.

Six fixed rules

Room caps, destination caps, party pass groups, restricted students, daily caps, and block-out times. Staff may override with a note; the kiosk never can.

The live board

Everyone out at the site right now, a hold switch for an emergency.

Reports

Per-student history a dean can bring to a parent meeting, plus destinations, staff adoption, and frequent flyers.

What we can say today

• No rosters, schedules, or student logins. Students never get an account.
• The kiosk holds no staff credential. A student poking at it reaches nothing.
• Every pass names the staff member who allowed it.
• District data is isolated at the database level. Unlicensed modules do not exist on your tenant.
• Staff sign in with the district's Google or Microsoft accounts. Hosted on Google Cloud in the United States.
• Nothing is sold or used for advertising. Email goes out without click or open tracking.

Strata Pass keeps a student directory (name and school) from your directory, and the passes. It never holds grades, discipline, health, guardian, or schedule information.

Pricing

Per school, flat per year, by enrollment band. Unlimited users, kiosks, and passes. A suite discount when Strata Forms is active. Bands are published when the pilot closes.
