Strata Pass help
Strata Pass tracks students who are out of class. There are three kinds of pass:
- Kiosk passes. A student types their student number on the classroom Chromebook, picks a destination, and goes. They type it again when they are back.
- Teacher passes. A teacher sends a student somewhere from their dashboard.
- Appointment passes. Someone with Issue passes, such as a counselor or nurse, schedules a student to come to them at a set time.
Every pass has a time limit. When it runs out the pass ends by itself ("System Ended") and the teacher hears about it (for a pass from a location kiosk, the location's assigned users do). Nothing is ever deleted by a teacher: a pass started by mistake is ended, and it stays on the record.
