Number formats
Control how a number displays — as currency, a percentage, or with a fixed number of decimals. Formatting affects only how the value is shown; the underlying number (and any calculation using it) is unchanged.
Where to set it
Select the Number field, open the Rules tab, and choose a Display format.
Styles

Options
- Decimal places — fix how many digits show after the point (0–10). Available for every style except Plain.
- Group thousands — adds separators like 1,000. Currency groups by default.
The same format is used everywhere the value appears — the live form, the request view, and the generated PDF — so they always match.
